Ingredients for Iranian Fish 4 Servings

  • 250 gm fish ties
  • salt as needed
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons refined oil
  • 1 teaspoon thymol seeds
  • Kilograms of cheese 100 gm

How to Make an Iranian Fish

Step 1

Wash the fish fillets under running water and dry them with a kitchen towel. Treat them with care as they are weak and can break. You should make sure that the cut strands are cut into small squares.

Step 2

Now add salt, thymol seed, and Kalli Mirch, and mix well. Store in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Step 3

Meanwhile, finely coat the cheese cubes. You can mix two to three teaspoons of milk with it and rub well so that the cheese is almost like a paste. Alternatively, you can use a cheese or cream spread that is easily available on the market.

Step 4

Now, take the fish out of the fridge and add the cheese and rub it well. You can gently fork it so that the fish goes deep. Refrigerate for another 5-6 hours.

Step 5

Remove the fish and allow it to cool to room temperature. Grease the fish on all sides. Grease a baking tray and grease the fish on top for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with onion rings, coriander, mint, or any other garnish you choose.

Step 6

Note: You can also cook the fish on skewers instead of placing it directly on the baking tray. This will prevent the meat from sticking
